- 2.1 We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all details will be error-free.
- 2.2 Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- 2.3 Product colours and appearance may vary due to screen settings and display calibration. We cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy on all devices.
3. Orders & Payments
- 3.1 By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and delivery information.
- 3.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason.
- 3.3 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and online bank transfer (FPX).
- 3.4 All transactions are secured and processed through encrypted payment systems.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- 4.1 We aim to process and dispatch orders within 7 business days. Delivery times vary by location.
- 4.2 Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- 4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or peak periods.
- 4.4 Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Any additional charges due to incorrect details will be borne by the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
- 5.1 Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- 5.2 Refunds are processed within 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- 5.3 Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised repairs are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Warranty
- 6.1 Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product page or contact us for specific warranty periods and terms.
- 6.2 Warranty claims are assessed based on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
- 6.3 Your repair or exchange request may not be processed if we do not have your purchase information on record.
- 6.4 Warranty is void and the product will be returned to you if goods have:
- been misused, abused, neglected, or subjected to abnormal conditions;
- been damaged due to an incorrect attempt at modification or repair;
- been used contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions.
- 6.5 You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product to us for warranty assessment.
7. Limitation of Liability
- 7.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- 7.2 Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
