Multifunction Document Handling
The Canon imageCLASS MF664Cdw combines printing, scanning, and copying within a single unit. It produces up to 25 pages per minute in both monochrome and colour, with a first print out time of approximately 10.4 seconds for black and 10.5 seconds for colour. Automatic duplex printing operates at 15 impressions per minute to handle double-sided documentation.
Paper Capacity and Feeding
Paper input includes a standard 250-sheet cassette, a 1-sheet manual feed slot, and a 50-sheet single-sided auto document feeder. The platen glass scans single A4 sheets in 1.8 seconds for monochrome and 1.9 seconds for colour, whilst the feeder scans up to 50 ipm in monochrome and 40 ipm in colour. The output tray holds up to 100 sheets of 80 g/m² paper.
Connectivity and Operation
Network integration is supported via Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, alongside a direct USB 2.0 connection. Mobile printing options include the Canon PRINT app, AirPrint, Mopria Print Service, and Microsoft Universal Print. Device settings and print queues are managed through a vari-angle 5-inch colour LCD touchscreen, supporting UFR II and PCL 6 printer languages.
Consumables and Warranty
The unit uses Cartridge 075 standard toners rated for 1,400 black pages and 1,300 colour pages, or high-yield Cartridge 075H toners rated for 3,500 black pages and 2,500 colour pages. Bundled starter cartridges provide 1,400 pages for black and 500 pages per colour.
