It delivers print speeds reaching up to 15 ipm for black and 9 ipm for colour, supported by 256 MB of internal memory. For document reproduction, the unit creates up to 99 copies and transmits faxes at a speed of 4 seconds per page. Automatic two-sided printing handles duplex jobs, while the 35-sheet automatic document feeder and scan-to-PDF functionality assist multi-page workflows.

Paper management relies on a 250-sheet standard input tray and a 100-sheet output tray, accompanied by paper sensors. The device supports a recommended monthly page volume of 400 to 1200 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to 6,000 pages in A4. Print quality reaches up to 1200 x 1200 rendered dpi for black and up to 4800 x 1200 optimized dpi for colour when printing from a computer with 1200 input dpi.
