Workgroup Print Performance
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 5700dn Printer delivers print speeds of up to 45 ppm in both black and colour, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to 80,000 pages. Engineered for teams of up to 15 users, it handles single-function colour and monochrome office printing with print quality reaching up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi.
Standard and Expandable Paper Handling
Standard paper input includes a 550-sheet input tray and a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray, paired with a 250-sheet output bin. For departments with higher volume requirements, the paper capacity can be expanded up to 2300 sheets using optional high-capacity trays. Automatic duplex printing is built in for double-sided document production.
Network Connectivity and Operation
Network integration is provided via a Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000T port, alongside SuperSpeed USB 3.0 host and device ports, a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 host port, and a Hardware Integration Pocket (HIP2). Device operations and print settings are managed directly through a 4.3-inch (10.9 cm) colour graphics touchscreen control panel, supported by 1.5 GB of system memory.
Mobile Printing and Cartridge System
Mobile printing capabilities include Apple AirPrint and Mopria certification, with optional NFC touch-to-print support. The printer utilises TerraJet toner cartridges and includes a front USB flash drive port.
Supplied Hardware and Warranty
The package contains the printer hardware, power cord, hardware install guide documentation, and pre-installed toner cartridges comprising an HP Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge (~3,500 yield) and HP Cyan, Magenta and Yellow Original LaserJet Toner Cartridges (~3,000 yield each). Commercial support includes a 3 Years NBD Onsite warranty.
