Why use a mouse pad with wrist support?
Long periods of mouse use can become uncomfortable when the wrist rests directly on a hard desk surface.
A cushioned wrist support provides a softer resting surface and can help keep the hand and wrist in a more comfortable position between mouse movements. The integrated design also keeps the mouse pad and wrist cushion together, reducing desk clutter.
For best ergonomic practice, avoid pressing the wrist heavily into the support while actively moving the mouse. Use the cushion as a comfortable resting surface and keep the wrist in a natural, neutral position.
