Everyday Document Output
The Canon PIXMA TS207 provides dedicated simplex printing for day-to-day office paperwork. It delivers monochrome text at 7.7 ipm and colour documents at 4.0 ipm, reaching resolutions up to 4,800 x 1,200 dpi. The print engine utilises pigment black ink for crisp text alongside dye-based colours for graphics.
Media and Photo Handling
A rear paper tray accepts up to 60 sheets of standard 64 g/m² plain paper in A4 or Letter sizes, as well as custom lengths up to 676 mm. The unit also handles Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II up to 275 g/m², producing a borderless 4 x 6 inch photograph in approximately 65 seconds.
Desktop Integration and Surface Build
Weighing approximately 2.5 kg, the housing measures 426 mm wide, 255 mm deep, and 131 mm high in its factory configuration. The outer body features a grid-textured casing designed to resist fingerprints and surface scratches during daily office handling. Operational noise is rated at 46 dB(A) during photo output, while power consumption is approximately 10 W during printing and 2.1 W in standby.
Cartridge Configuration and Coverage
The printer ships with standard PG-745S black and CL-746S colour cartridges, yielding an estimated 100 colour document pages. It also accepts optional high-capacity PG-745XL and CL-746XL cartridges for longer print runs between replacements. Local purchases include a 1-year in-house warranty.
