Scanning performance and handling
The sheetfed scanner processes documents through an automatic feeder with a standard 50-sheet capacity. Single-pass duplex scanning captures both sides of a page simultaneously at speeds up to 40 ppm or 80 ipm. It supports paper sizes ranging from 50.8 x 50.8 mm up to 216 x 3100 mm, with built-in multifeed detection.
Image technology and output formats
Equipped with a CMOS CIS (Contact Image Sensor), the unit delivers an optical scan resolution of up to 600 dpi with 24-bit external and 48-bit internal colour depth. Built-in optical character recognition generates searchable text files alongside PDF security options. Supported file formats include PDF, PDF/A, Encrypted PDF, JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Text (.txt), and Rich Text (.rtf).
