Why is my laminator producing bubbles or wrinkles? This is usually caused by incorrect temperature settings, using the wrong pouch thickness for the film, or worn/dirty rollers. Our technicians can recalibrate the heat settings and clean or replace the rollers to restore a smooth finish.

My laminator is jamming constantly — is it worth repairing? Yes, in most cases. Jams are typically caused by adhesive buildup on the rollers or a worn entry guide — both are repairable. If the roller itself has cracked or deformed, replacement is still usually more cost-effective than buying new.

How long does a laminator repair take? Most standard repairs are completed within 3–5 working days. We’ll advise upfront if parts need to be sourced.

Do you service laminators not purchased from WOW Supplies? Absolutely. We service machines regardless of where they were purchased.

Can I walk in with my laminator? Yes — walk-ins are welcome at our service centre in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Puchong. We also offer on-site servicing and a pickup/return service within Klang Valley (subject to an additional charge).
