Print Performance and Output
The printer outputs monochrome documents at rates up to 34 pages per minute for A4 and 36 pages per minute for Letter media. The first page prints in under 8.5 seconds from ready mode, with a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Automatic two-sided printing is integrated for standard A4 paper to reduce office paper consumption.
Paper Handling and Document Feeding
Media handling consists of an internal 250-sheet paper tray supporting paper weights from 60 to 163 gsm. An integrated 50-sheet automatic document feeder allows unattended scanning, copying, and faxing of multi-page paperwork. Completed prints feed into a 120-sheet face-down output tray.

Users can connect mobile devices directly using NFC touch-to-connect, AirPrint, Mopria, or the Mobile Connect mobile application. Supplies and Manufacturer Warranty
The device ships with an inbox toner cartridge rated for approximately 1,200 pages. Replacement options include the standard TN-2560 toner and the TN-2560XL high-yield cartridge providing approximately 3,000 pages, alongside the DR-2560 drum unit rated up to 15,000 pages. Brother provides a 3-year on-site warranty.
