Document Handling and Output
This multifunction monochrome laser machine delivers print and copy speeds of up to 40 ppm for A4 documents, with a first print out time of approximately 5 seconds. Standard automatic duplexing supports two-sided printing on paper sizes including A4, Legal, Letter, Foolscap, and Indian Legal. The unit incorporates a 50-sheet single-pass duplex auto document feeder that scans two-sided documents at up to 100 ipm for mono and 40 ipm for colour.
Paper Supply and Consumables
Paper handling comprises a 250-sheet cassette and a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray, expandable to a maximum of 900 sheets with the optional 550-sheet Cassette AH1. The output tray holds 150 sheets. For consumables, the device uses Cartridge 070 with a standard yield of 3,000 pages or high-yield Cartridge 070H yielding 10,200 pages, alongside a bundled 3,000-page starter cartridge.

Connectivity options include Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Direct Connection, and High Speed USB 2.0. Mobile and cloud printing support includes Apple AirPrint, Mopria Print Service, Canon PRINT Business, Canon Print Service, and Microsoft Universal Print.
