Performance and imaging
This multifunction device prints at 180 A1/hr, or 19.3 sec/A1, with a line accuracy of ±0.1% and print quality up to 2400 x 1200 optimized dpi. The integrated sheetfed Contact Image Sensor scanner provides optical scan resolutions up to 600 dpi. Scan speeds reach up to 7.62 cm/sec in colour and 25.4 cm/sec in grayscale at 200 dpi, while copy speeds achieve up to 15.24 cm/sec in colour and 25.4 cm/sec in grayscale at 200 dpi.
Media handling and drawings
The system handles media sizes including A4, A3, A2, A1, and A0, and features auto print stacking for up to 100 pages alongside a printer stand and media bin. Operators can scan drawings directly into HP Build Workspace from the 15.6-inch touchscreen. Version alignment between physical prints and cloud files is maintained via QR-linked version control.
Processing and security
Large-format jobs are managed by 128 GB of dedicated file processing memory and a 500 GB self-encrypting internal drive. Supported print languages comprise Adobe PostScript 3, Adobe PDF 1.7, HP-GL/2, HP-RTL, TIFF, JPEG, and CALS G4. System verification and data security are maintained through HP Secure Boot firmware validation and encryption using TLS 1.3 and IPsec.
Power and support
The unit measures 1390 x 760 x 1240 mm, with power consumption specified at 120 W during printing, under 36 W in ready mode, under 10 W in sleep mode, and 0.3 W when powered off. Standard support includes 2 yrs Next Business Day onsite support.
