Projection setup
The Panasonic PT-FRZ55 is a black DLP laser projector for education and corporate settings. Its fixed lens has a 0.8:1 throw ratio, F 1.75 and f 11.9 mm, with powered focus. Powered vertical lens shift from center of screen is ±4.4 % and powered horizontal lens shift from center of screen is ±2.1 %.
Signal connections
It accepts 4K/60p signal input through HDMI and DIGITAL LINK; projection converts these 4K signals to 1920 x 1200 pixels. HDMI CEC is supported. The RJ-45 connection is for network and DIGITAL LINK connections, and is HDBaseT™ compliant, PJLink™ (Class 2) compatible, 100Base-TX, Art-Net, HDCP 2.3 and Deep Color.
Screen and installation
The projector supports a 1.02–7.62 m (40–300 in) diagonal screen size at a 16:10 aspect ratio. Keystone correction covers Vertical: ±25 ° and Horizontal: ±20 °. It can be installed on a ceiling or floor, for front or rear projection, including free 360-degree installation.
Light source and software
Laser diodes are the light source. The listed time until light output declines to 50 % is 20,000 hours [NORMAL]. No filter is listed. It is compatible with Logo Transfer Software, Multi Monitoring & Control Software and Early Warning Software.
Warranty
3 years set warranty against manufacturing defects & 10,000 hrs whichever comes first for LASER projectors.
