Colour Accuracy and Panel Performance
The BenQ SW272U features a 27 inch IPS panel with 3840×2160 resolution and an anti-reflection fine coating certified Reflection-Free by TUV Rheinland. AQCOLOR technology delivers 99% Adobe RGB, 99% P3, and 100% sRGB colour space coverage with Delta E ≤1.5 and a 16-bit 3D LUT. Uniformity Technology maintains consistent colour accuracy and brightness throughout the panel.
Calibration and Proofing Capabilities
The monitor is Calman Verified, Pantone Validated, and Pantone SkinTone Validated, with support for Calman and ColourSpace video calibration software. Paper Color Sync provides simulated images attuned to chosen colour settings, printer, and photo paper before print. Video projects are supported with HDR10 and HLG formats as well as 4:4:4, 4:2:2, and 4:2:0 chroma sampling.
Connectivity and System Control
Workstation hardware connects through a USB-C port delivering 90W Power Delivery, DisplayPort Alt Mode, and data transfer. An onboard KVM switch enables peripheral switching between connected computers, alongside DisplayPort (v1.4) x1, HDMI (v2.0) x2, and an SD card reader. GamutDuo Preview allows side-by-side viewing of a single image in two colour gamuts simultaneously.
Ergonomics and Supplied Accessories
The included stand offers 140 mm height adjustment, 90˚ pivot, 30˚/30˚ swivel, and -5˚ – 20˚ tilt adjustment. The package contains a cordless Hotkey Puck G3, a factory calibration report, IO cover, and a shading hood usable in landscape and portrait orientations. The product is covered by a 3-Year Warranty.
