Document Handling and Print Speeds
The HP Smart Tank 615 delivers ISO print speeds of up to 11 ppm for black and up to 5 ppm for colour, alongside draft speeds up to 22 ppm for A4 black documents. A 100-sheet input tray and 30-sheet output tray manage daily printing, whilst a 35-page automatic document feeder enables hands-free copying and scanning. Duplex printing operates manually with driver support provided.
Integrated Ink Tanks and Monthly Capacity
Designed for monthly duty cycles of up to 1000 pages, the unit has a recommended monthly page volume of 400 to 800 pages. An integrated ink tank design includes an automatic ink sensor to monitor fluid levels. Supported replacement bottles include the HP GT53 90-ml black bottle, the HP GT53XL 135-ml black bottle, and HP GT52 cyan, magenta, and yellow bottles.
Wireless and Mobile Connectivity
Built-in self-healing dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, and two Hi-Speed USB 2.0 device ports provide network and local connections. Mobile printing options include Apple AirPrint, Mopria Print Service, HP Print Service Plugin for Android, and Google Cloud Print. Users can also configure shortcuts to scan to cloud or email and generate PDF scans using the HP Smart app, with Bluetooth LE utilised for device setup.
