Workgroup paper handling and finishing
This multifunction device includes three 550-sheet input trays alongside a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray for standard paper feeding. Output finishing supports stapling, stacking, and job offset with an output capacity of up to 1000 sheets. Automatic two-sided printing is integrated as standard.
Scanning and print resolution
Both black and colour printing reach resolutions up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. The scanning system combines a Charge Coupled Device (CCD) flatbed with a Contact Image Sensor (CIS) automatic document feeder, providing an optical scan resolution of up to 600 dpi.
Connectivity and enterprise management
Network integration is provided through a Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000T port, supported by SuperSpeed USB 3.0 host and device ports, a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 host port, and a second-generation Hardware Integration Pocket (HIP2). Mobile printing options include Apple AirPrint, Mopria certification, and optional NFC Touch-to-print.

Equipped with 6 GB of memory, this model supports a monthly duty cycle of up to 100,000 pages, suited for teams over 25 users printing up to 14,000 pages per month.
