Paper, connectivity and ordering guidance
Paper width and printable width are different. The 2600+ has an 80-column line at 10 cpi; it is not designed to print to every edge of the widest sheet it accepts. The manual lists cut sheets 76–278 mm wide and 148–420 mm long; continuous forms 76.2–278 mm wide and 76.2–559 mm long.
For multipart forms, use an original sheet of 45–65 g/m² and copy sheets of 45–56 g/m² within the maximum 0.50 mm total thickness. Check print-gap settings and test the actual form, margins and application before purchase.
Confirm warranty terms and coverage in Malaysia, supplied tractor configuration, connection cable and driver with the quotation. The manual and manufacturer datasheets differ on dimensions, workload, reliability and environmental ratings. Media lengths also differ: the general datasheet lists 76–599 mm, while this description uses the manual’s paper-specific limits. Additional Information qualifies the source-dependent figures; confirm the actual supplied unit and form before ordering.
