Manual Binder

If you want full control over the binding process without relying on electricity, a manual binder is the practical choice. Manual machines are reliable, low-maintenance, and work just fine for offices that don’t bind in bulk every day — and for those that do, plenty of the heavy-duty models here can handle high-volume work with ease too. No motor means no overheating, no power interruptions, and nothing to service.

We carry 24 manual binders across four binding formats. Comb binding is the most popular — affordable consumables, easy to open and re-bind, and widely available. Brands here include Bright Office, Axpert, Fellowes, and GBC, from RM275 up to RM2,600. Wire-O binding gives a cleaner, more professional finish — the document lies flat when open and looks sharp for reports and presentations. Wire models from Yi De, GBC, Fellowes, and WireMac range from RM430 to RM4,100. We also carry a strips binder (GBC SureBind System 1, RM10,900) for a tamper-evident binding format, and the GBC Multibind 420 (RM3,700) which handles both comb and wire binding from one machine.
