A proper repair almost always costs significantly less than a new machine, and most repairs are completed and ready for collection within a few working days.

Can’t come to us? We offer a pickup and return service for Klang Valley customers who find it inconvenient to transport their machine — we collect, repair, and return it to you. Do you only repair machines purchased from WOW Supplies?
No — we service machines regardless of where they were purchased. Whether you bought it from us, from another supplier, or inherited an old office machine with no purchase history, we assess it on its own merits and give you an honest quote. The only exception is if a machine is so old or obscure that spare parts are no longer available anywhere — in that case we'll tell you upfront rather than waste your time.
How does the repair process work?
Walk-in (Klang Valley): Bring your machine to our service centre at 8A, Jalan BP 6/13, Bandar Bukit Puchong, 47100 Selangor. We assess it on the spot, identify the fault, and give you a repair quote before touching anything. You decide whether to proceed — no obligation. Courier (Outstation): WhatsApp us at 018-207 0021 before sending so we can flag your unit when it arrives. Once received, we assess it, WhatsApp you the fault diagnosis and quote, wait for your approval, then repair and ship it back. Pickup service: Can't make it to our shop? For customers and corporate offices in the Klang Valley who find it inconvenient to transport their machine, we offer a pickup service at an additional charge — we come to you, collect the unit, repair it at our workshop, and return it when done. For large or heavy machines where on-site inspection or repair is more practical, we also provide on-site servicing at your premises. How long does a repair take?
Most standard repairs are completed within 3 to 5 working days. Some repairs take longer if a specific spare part needs to be ordered — we'll let you know upfront if that's the case and give you an estimated timeline. Complex machines or older models may take up to 1–2 weeks depending on parts availability. We don't sit on machines — fast turnaround is important to us because we know you need your equipment running.
Is it worth repairing or should I just buy a new one?
Honest answer — it depends on the machine's age, the fault, and the repair cost versus replacement cost. As a rough guide: if the repair cost is less than 50% of the price of an equivalent new machine, repair almost always makes financial sense. Many common faults — jammed shredder cutters, laminator roller issues, binding machine punch mechanism failures, time recorder display problems — are straightforward fixes that cost a fraction of replacement. We'll always give you an honest assessment. If the machine is genuinely beyond economical repair, we'll tell you and help you find a suitable replacement from our stock.
